Systems Analyst Developer
We are currently looking for a Systems Analyst Developer to join our IT department. The ideal candidate will have healthcare experience delivering healthcare integration solutions, project management skills, troubleshooting and problem solving ability, and strong communication and customer relations skills. Strong understanding of healthcare information workflow is a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide status reports to the IT Director and Strata leadership when applicable
Ensure the performance and reliability of CoPathPlus systems at laboratory site within the Strata organization
Provide troubleshooting of hardware and software as well as application support for various Lab modules
Participate in projects to implement or enhance systems and applications
Work with Strata leadership teams in defining user requirements, coordinating system-wide updates, installing upgrades and patches for Lab systems using established LIS and Strata change management processes
Recommend enhancements/changes that may involve custom design, optional and third party products to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Lab systems
Assist with user security, access permissions and user accounts
Implement new systems and system enhancements and resolve day-to day user related system problems
Additional Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Clinical Laboratory Science or other related
field with a minimum of 3-5 years of business and/or Laboratory IT experience
Experience with systems administration
Ability to provide detailed project plans, objectives and control methods involving the integration of the Laboratory Information System as well as the multiple hospital and EMR systems
Knowledge of CoPathPlus is a plus but not necessary, also familiarity with industry-standard reporting software & processes
Knowledge of anatomic pathology applications and processes are a strong plus
Knowledge of the interrelationship of the major computer systems and the interfaces associated with the systems
Well organized with a positive attitude, and ability to work and communicate with all levels of management including external partners such as Vendors, System Integrators etc
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to facilitate and lead work groups and projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

IHC Supervisor
We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to serve as supervisor of the immunohistochemistry laboratory which performs immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence and in situ hybridization for a broad customer base.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The IHC Supervisor position is a hands-on role and job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Direct daily supervision of all areas of operations in the IHC Laboratory.
Oversee daily workflow, collaborate with the Laboratory Director to measure, assess, and improve performance
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and oversee quality control, validation processes for IHC procedures and equipment and proficiency testing
Participate in a wide variety of supervisory responsibilities, including input on hiring, training, and managing employee performance in a manner that supports a positive and team-oriented work environment
Serve as a standing member of the Quality Management Committee

Senior Financial Consultant
We are currently looking for a Senior Financial Consultant to work in concert with Senior Management, Physician Leadership, and Sales and Marketing staff to develop, monitor, improve and forecast financial models, which analyze and project the financial performance of clinical specialties, customers, managed care contracts, geographic regions, and physician reimbursements.
Position Summary:
The Senior Financial Consultant shall be responsible for gathering and compiling complete data necessary to perform a thorough financial analysis.
He/she will gather data necessary for the preparation of financial models, monthly budget variance reports, expected collections, contractual and accounts receivable analysis.
He/she will work with business owners, data management, and other members of the Finance staff to assure the quality and accuracy of such data used in analyses.
He/she will prepare or interpret various reports related to complex aspects of the companys financial performance and assist in the development of business policies.
He/she must also create feasibility studies for prospective new contracts and business plans to support new lines of services, using statistical, economic and financial principles and techniques to prepare reports.
He/she will work with the billing company to identify denied claims and coordinate filing of appeals.
He/she will facilitate and participate in meetings and presentations.
Additional duties include providing analytical support for proposed capital acquisitions and other analyses as directed by Senior Management.

Medical Technologist
We are currently looking for a Medical Technologist for our Molecular Department to assist with running molecular diagnostic assays (i.e. FISH, PCR).
Roles and Responsibilities:
The Medical Technologist will work directly with the Molecular Supervisor and/or Lead Molecular Technologist to assure a high level of customer satisfaction, provide technical assistance, and ensure all aspects of the laboratory run appropriately and efficiently.
Job responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
Daily oversight of all tests/functions according to established policies/procedures and job specifications
Identify and resolve problems pertaining to assay performance and/or results
Perform testing of patient samples
Interpret, review, and prepare patient test results for Laboratory and Medical directors
Maintain all aspects of QC and QA relevant to the CAP certification standards
Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory with a required minimum of 1+ years experience in molecular techniques
Experience with PathVysionฎ, UroVysionฎ, Cervistaฎ HPV and Gen-Probe assays a plus
Detail oriented, ability to maintain a high level of personal accountability, and have sound problem solving skills

6 hours of Chemistry
6 hours of Biology
12 hours of Chemistry, Biology, or Medical Laboratory Technology AND
36 hours of other coursework
