Senior Revenue/Financial Analyst
We are currently looking for a Senior Revenue/Financial Analyst with at least 6 years of experience working in a healthcare environment with experience in third party billing, revenue analysis and processing. The Senior Revenue/Financial Analyst will work in concert with Senior Management, Operations, and Sales and Marketing to develop, monitor, improve and forecast financial models and analyses.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide the coordinating focus for the external billing company to the company and coordinate communication to and from the billing company
Gather data necessary for the preparation of financial models, monthly budget variance reports, expected collections, contractuals and accounts receivable analysis
Work with business owners and members of the Finance staff to assure the quality and accuracy of such data used in analyses
Learn the companys billing processes, revenue drivers and, under the direction of the Controller, ensure processing of billing and revenue is accurate and timely
Perform financial analyses for customers, clinical specialties, managed care contracts and geographic regions
Create feasibility studies for prospective new contracts and business plans to support new lines of services, using statistical, economic and financial principles and techniques to prepare reports
Work with the billing company to identify denied claims, edit trends, customer collection patterns, and work with appropriate sales and operations department heads to ensure smooth resolution
Facilitate and participate in meetings and presentations
Provide analytical support for other financial analyst requests as needed
Report to the Controller
Essential Functions of Job:
Prepare routine revenue performance dashboards, trending of revenue, receivables and collections
Analyze A/R and collection performance
Perform complex financial analyses to support strategic planning and decision making, where necessary
Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses as required
Perform various special projects for Senior Management and/or the Board of Directors
Knowledge and Skills:
Well versed in Microsoft Excel, Access, Power Point and other business intelligence software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Solid analytical and problem solving skills
Demonstrated leadership skills
Ability to multi-task in a deadline-oriented environment
Ability to work independently and as a team player
Education and Work Experience:
5 or more years of finance or accounting experience with an emphasis in healthcare is required
CPA, MBA or equivalent preferred

Specimen Accessioning Clerk
We are currently looking for a full time Specimen Accessioning Clerk to join our team. The position is Monday through Friday with the hours of 2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Upon receipt of specimens, prepare them for accessioning in a timely manner, with emphasis on careful matching of specimen bottles with requisitions. Absolute accuracy is required in numbering and labeling of requisitions and bottles, as well as data entry of specimen information into the LIS.
Enter all pertinent information into the computer according to current procedures outlined in the accessioning manual. Data accuracy is essential.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have excellent detail orientation and strong data entry skills (50 WPM preferred)
Strong written/verbal communications skills
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proofreading skills are critical
Preferred Skills:
Some college coursework is preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology and sample processing is a strong plus

Territory Sales Manager
We are currently looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join our Sales team.
Essential Functions:
Achievement of sales goals for the assigned region.
Implement and follow through with corporate sales strategies.
Identify, qualify, and prioritize new business potential in assigned region.
Assist and cooperate with management in closing and/or managing national or corporate accounts.

Experience:
3+ years in diagnostic sales or sales management, preferably dermatology related.

Account Manager
We are currently looking for an Account Manager to join our Sales team.
Essential Functions:
Primary responsibility is to retain existing business and increase revenue with current clients.
Supports Territory Managers or Segment Sales Directors in their selling efforts by assisting with development of territory strategy, development of sales leads, and laying groundwork with prospects.
Develop and maintain good relationships with customers, physicians, and colleagues to ensure strong customer satisfaction.
Provides appropriate feedback relating to customer needs, competition and product information to Stratas marketing and Sales management.
Represents Strata at conferences and works closely with Marketing to launch new products or initiatives with assigned clients.
Researches and resolves client problems.
Miscellaneous projects as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Business or related field.
Valid drivers license, insurance and clean driving record.
Excellent listening and communication skills.
Detail oriented.
Ability to multi-task.
Strong organizational skills.
Good computer skills with knowledge of a variety of software applications to include Microsoft Word and Excel.

Experience:
3+ years of customer service (preferable healthcare related) experience preferred.
