We recognize that behind every slide there’s a worried patient and dedicated physician – and every interaction, every process, every promise counts. That’s why everyone at StrataDx – office staff, couriers, managers, and pathologists – is a vital member of Strata’s quality team.

We are a CLIA laboratory, licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Public Health, and are certified under the CAP Laboratory Accreditation Program.

Internationally recognized, CAP is the only certification program that uses teams of practicing laboratory professionals as inspectors. Designed to go well beyond regulatory compliance, the program helps laboratories achieve the highest standards of excellence to positively affect patient care.

Our quality assurance process includes in-house consults and case reviews, and daily clinico-pathology conferences (CPC) among the staff.
