Benefits and Perks
At StrataDx, putting people first means offering excellent benefits to our team members.
We offer a choice of two PPO plans for you and your family with over 75-80% of the premiums covered.
We pay over 80% over your premium and our plan covers up to $1500 for orthodontia.
We will contribute 3% of your salary to a 401k plan whether or not you choose to make your own contributions.
We help you out with your education by paying up to $1500 per year for expenses incurred at an approved institution of learning.
Paid Time Off
We believe in work/life balance and offer full-time employees 3 weeks of vacation and 1 week of sick time as “PTO”. We also offer 10 paid holidays.
Disability and Life
We pay 100% of the premium for life and short-term disability insurance.
We offer a great voluntary vision plan that has a $130 annual allowance for frames and lenses.
Long Term Disability
We offer voluntary LTD in the event that you are not able to work for an extended period of time.
FSA and HSA
We offer a traditional healthcare spending account and a dependent care account to help you pay for eligible expenses with pre-tax money. For those on our high-deductible plan, we offer a health savings account.
